Enable weak comparison operators of an ad type.

By weak comparison we mean that these comparisons are performed on the numerical values and not on expression trees. One must in general be careful using comparison operators with ad types because

• Comparison (branching) can ruin differentiability.
• Branching requires retaping. That is, we must re-build the expression tree for each function evaluation to be sure the branching is correctly differentiated.
